During this residency, Caglar experimented with digital technology\u2014specifically augmented reality (AR)\u2014to explore and adapt art forms that were inclusive and accessible to both artists and audiences, particularly those with disabilities.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">artist statement&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The creation of \u2018what makes you who you are\u2019 was an open call from the British Council ID for visual art residency proposals in Indonesia. At the time, my work focused on themes of peace, conflict, and the militarisation of society. Subsequently, as I prepared for the residency at\u00a0Padepokan\u00a0Seni Bagong Kussudiardja (PSBK) in Yogyakarta, I decided I wanted to continue exploring those topics.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">introduction to the installation&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This exhibition consisted of two parts: some works were displayed in the gallery, while&nbsp;additional&nbsp;pieces were&nbsp;located&nbsp;throughout the PSBK grounds. Kolaborasi ini merupakan lanjutan dukungan program residensi di PSBK dari British Council UK\/ID dengan gagasan yang sama pada tahun 2017. Pada residensinya kali ini, Caglar bereksperimen dengan teknologi digital melalui penggunaan augmented reality (AR) sebagai eksplorasi dan adaptasi bentuk seni yang inklusif dan aksesibel bagi seniman dan audiens, terutama penyandang difabel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>artist statement<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Awal mula dari \u2018what makes you who you are\u2019 (apa yang menjadikan kamu jadi kamu) adalah panggilan terbuka untuk mengajukan gagasan residensi seni rupa di Indonesia oleh British Council ID. Pada saat itu, karya saya terfokus pada topik perdamaian dan konflik, serta militerisasi di masyarakat. Selanjutnya, ketika saya mempersiapkan diri untuk residensi di Padepokan Seni Bagong Kussudiardja (PSBK) di Yogyakarta, saya pikir saya ingin melanjutkan topik tersebut.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>pengantar untuk instalasi<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">pameran ini terdiri dari dua bagian. beberapa karya dipajang di galeri dan karya tambahan terletak di sekitar wilayah PSBK.
